Jeeves Computer Repair in a nutshell

We have provided premier IT solutions for Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire since 2015.

The idea for the business was conceived in 2012 as “Reeves Computer Repair” and the business was established three years later in 2015. We eventually settled on the name "Jeeves" combining CEO James Reeves's first and second name together which had a nice ring to it!

We've always repaired computers and laptops, but opted to move into the mobile device market in 2016, offering iPhone repairs as well.

The company was born and bred in Bedford from its inception, but we moved operations to Leighton buzzard in early 2021 after a brief stint in Hemel Hempstead. We’ve met an incredible amount of people and have brought their devices back to life, we hope to do the same for you too.

Our staff have worked for companies such as Just Computers and FixMyPC in Bedford, as well as WiseTek and Nexus Fusion in Milton Keynes. You are in great hands.

How long will it take to fix my device?

Where possible, we offer quick turnarounds in as little as the same day. Where parts or advanced work is required, this will be extended and we will provide you with an ETA.

Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

"All parts and labour are guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise stated. This does not cover accidental damage and wilful misuse."

What payment methods do you accept?
